Abroad on switch date - PAC code already shared

I’m away outside of UK on the date chosen for my switch to ID using my existing number (Friday).

Will it fail or can it still complete even though I won’t be in the UK?

    Hi ​@JNor,

     

    Yes, that's fine.

     

    If your number transfer request has already been submitted and you've been given a transfer date, the switch can still complete even if you're outside the UK.

     

    Once the transfer has taken place, you'll simply need to make sure you're using your iD Mobile SIM or eSIM, as your existing number will have been moved across to it.
