Just got my new ID mobile sim, how do I activate it?

Thank you for reaching out. You can contact live chat or visit the link to activate the SIM (To activate the SIM yourself you will need to have access to your account.) Activate your replacement physical SIM

I don’t have access to my account cause it’s requesting for a code and I can’t receive code because my line is disconnected. How do I continue?
