APP SAYS DETAILS DONT MATCH CANT USE APP

I keep trying to login/register as I’m a new customer and just took out a new contract I’m trying to get onto the app and it keeps saying my details don’t match but I’ve checked everything and it’s all the same what do I do as I will have a bill due out in the coming weeks

If the app is saying your details don’t match even after checking them carefully, this can sometimes happen if the account setup or registration process has not fully completed on the system yet.
