Apple Music benefit offered as part of contract has expired

When switching to this mobile plan, part of the contract I was offered benefits regarding apple music, arcade and fitness+. When I click the link sent in my order confirmation it sends me to the US website and says it’s cancelled. Considering this was advertised as part of my contract and was part of what I paid for in my order I would like a link that actually offers me the free apple music and fitness at least.
