Bought ESIM this morning but still no email with the SIM

Hi, I bought an ESIM this morning but haven’t received any further emails about how to access or activate it. I have done this in the past and the ESIM has arrived within the hour. Very frustrating. How can I check the status of my order without the actual phone number?

Hi, I now finally have the SIM and it is now activated. I manually requested my number be ported from my existing network today but nothing has happened. When I try to select another date it says my PAC number will expire before the switch but it doesn’t expire until 12th October!
All very frustrating as a new ID mobile customer
