I can't make or recieve calls but internet is ok

Hi @Sazz,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re unable to make or receive calls and texts while your mobile data is still working.

Please try the following:

Restart your phone.
Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
Make sure 4G/VoLTE Calling is enabled within your handset settings.
If Wi-Fi Calling is enabled, temporarily switch it off and test your calls again.
Try manually selecting iD Mobile/Three UK through your Network Selection settings, then switch Automatic Network Selection back on.
Perform a network settings reset and restart your phone afterwards.

Please note that a network settings reset may remove saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections.
