Hi need someone from iD Mobile to get in contact please. Ever since i have been on this network, the areas you say i get 3 or 4 bars of signal. I only actually get 1 and especially when i work i cant ring or message anyone when its been important.

can someone how give some sort of compensation out for this. Theres been a few times missed important hospital phone calls or texts because of this. I have chose a new only sim deal now and this is a better value for money option but still not happy with the level of coverage i get. Can something be done or will switch to a different provider?

I need an email address to send a copy of my receipt from a recent faulty phone so that I can reclaim my money.

I have a replacement Sim card but am unable to activate it.

I do not have a sim card to be able to receive a code and the email address that I used when setting up the accout is no longer active.

So ID Mobile is unable to send me a Sim Card message or an email.

It appears that I cannot activate my replacement sim card without either of these.
