Can’t make outgoing calls after swapping to iD

I’ve swapped from EE, wanted to keep my old phone number.. all swapped over but I can’t make outgoing calls.

i can receive calls and I can make calls through What’s App but not normal phone call.

when I try, I little p is next to their name but when someone phones me there is a little t next to my name.

ive looked through all the settings and googled as much as I can but I can’t work out what’s wrong.

Hi ​@Nich2203 ,

I am so sorry that your calls are not working after porting to us. If data is working, then that means you need to manually add the number on your phone as it fails to automatically pick it up at times. Kindly confirm the make and model of your device for me so I can provide you with the steps to try to get your calls working.

It sounds like you’ve set up your number as a travel number, not your primary one.
