CAN'T PURCHASE ID MOBILE ESIM USING US CARDS. NO SPACE FOR OTHER COUNTRIES CARD BILLING ADDRESS

I traveled to Africa and trying to purchase id mobile esim data only with my US dollar cards but the cards were being rejected because id mobile didn't provide a space for other countries billing address except UK billing address

Thank you for sharing. I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve had trying to buy your eSIM. Our checkout currently needs a UK billing address, which is why your US dollar cards were declined.

Would you be able to use a UK bank card or UK banking details to make the purchase instead? If you can, it should go through without any problems.
