Hi all, apologies- I’m sure this has been asked before, but I’m going in circles and losing the will to live!
My current provider is putting up their prices, so I’m looking to move to ID. I already have an ID account for my son.
I have a PAC code from my current provider.
I ordered a new SIM from ID for a new SIM only account. I thought it said I could move my number at checkout, but checkout went without any opportunity to do so that I saw.
No problem, the website is clear, I can switch to ID in 2 other ways:
Via the app. On the plan screen. I’ve entered the data, but I’m just getting an error message.
Via the website. Just fill in your details. I log in, but I can’t see anything to switch or enter my data.
Where is the switching form on the website?
