Can't switch to ID with a PAC.

Hi all, apologies- I’m sure this has been asked before, but I’m going in circles and losing the will to live!

My current provider is putting up their prices, so I’m looking to move to ID. I already have an ID account for my son. 

I have a PAC code from my current provider. 

I ordered a new SIM from ID for a new SIM only account. I thought it said I could move my number at checkout, but checkout went without any opportunity to do so that I saw.

No problem, the website is clear, I can switch to ID in 2 other ways:

Via the app. On the plan screen. I’ve entered the data, but I’m just getting an error message.

Via the website. Just fill in your details. I log in, but I can’t see anything to switch or enter my data.

Where is the switching form on the website?

That’s the web page I keep getting dumped back to.

I click the link, log in, and can’t see anywhere to enter my info for a switch without possibly adding a new subscription, which then texts the new- not yet existing- number that I don’t want.

I’ve actually managed to sort it out, but it’s just taken 45 minutes by breaking the chat bot and getting through to live chat. It shouldn’t be that complicated, and I still have no idea how to actually do it for myself.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

If I follow your link, I get to here:

I can’t see any option there to switch to ID, so the only logical button I can press would be log in?

Use a different browser! You have an extension or setting enabled preventing the page contents from loading.

That looks like it might have been the problem. Hopefully it helps someone else running into the same issue!

I’m not going to start messing with my browser settings, since I’ve never had an issue with any other page and the issue has been resolved through the live chat option.
