cannot access id mobile app

Trying to set up id mobile app but cannot as verification code is not being received due to text message issue following switch over.    Any ideas?

Hi there ​@Seanino, sorry to hear that. 

 

When you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

 

Also, have you tried restarting your phone, and resetting network settings?
