Hi @Bluetouch

Thanks for your message I understand why this is causing confusion.

You are still able to log in using the iD Mobile number provided to you, even if your old number hasn’t transferred yet. Your account access is not dependent on the number port completing.

Once your number switch from your previous provider is fully complete, your account and the iD Mobile app will automatically update to reflect your transferred number.

In the meantime, please continue logging in with the iD Mobile number and you’ll still be able to view your account and any transfer status.

If you’re still having difficulty accessing your account, our Live Chat team can help check this for you directly here:https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat?

Thanks.

I think you have missed the point. I was making. I don’t have any sort of temporary phone number in any of the emails that I’ve received following placing the order for my Sim. Therefore, I can’t login.

Once you're told your esim is ready, set it up on your device then call a friend/family member. You'll then have your esim telephone number, allowing you to log into the app.

Hi @Bluetouch,

I’m really sorry for the confusion.

If you’ve ordered an eSIM, your number is usually included in your welcome email.

Because your iD Mobile account is linked to your mobile number that you are wanting to bring over, it’s best to wait until the transfer has fully completed before trying to register or log in.

In the meantime, you can still download and activate your eSIM using the instructions provided in your email. This will get your services up and running while the number transfer is in progress.

If you’re still unable to locate your number or access your account after the transfer completes, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help further.

Regards,
