cannot log into account with my mobile

I am a new customer have received my new sim have registered for an account but when it asks me me to put my mobile number in it won’t recognise it my current number is registered to my current network until I switch not sure what to do?

I put all my correct details into the log in page : my existing phone number, my last name and my date of birth. I get a message saying “sorry, your details do not match our records “ . I used a PAC number when switching to keep my existing number.

I am not new to ID mobile I am your customer since 2021.

Also I used PAC number when switching to keep my existing number.
