cannot move my old number to ID

Log in ti the app , press switch to ID . It's logging me out and I started again , 5 times.

Sny tips ? 

I'm doing it on my phone maybe I should use laptop?

Thank you for getting in touch with us, I am so sorry that the app logs you out. 

 

It could be an issue with the app session timing out on your phone. However, could also try clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app before trying again on your phone. Yes, you can also try to login into a laptop or desktop browser instead, as it’s often more stable for ID verification.
