Cannot redeem Apple music offer - UID Missing or incorrect.

I am unable to claim my free 3 months of Apple music as when I follow the link in the email, and then click the Redeem Now link on the Apple page that this takes me to, I get the message UID missing or incorrect

I have tried on several different browsers and devices, as well as clearing cookies, but it still does not work

Hi there, I am getting the same error message when I try to redeem Apple Music offer "UID missing or incorrect " 

Please can you message me the info to enable to do this
