cant attach a phone number after porting

Hi, my new idmobile sim has been ported to my old O2 phone number. 

I cannot attach that number to my account because of an error in the UI: not found in the records.

I cannot attach the sim number before poettin g either because I do not get the sms (because of porting).

 

Not sure how to proceed
