cant log in to the ID mobile online account

Hi! I’m new to ID mobile. I have just created an online account tried to log into it but it wants me to add my id mobile number, last name and date of birth. My date of birth isn’t valid! Any suggestions? I’m stuck and need to access my account to switch my mobile phone number with my PAC code from my old provider. Pls help! Thank you
