To help resolve the issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your handset.
  • Toggle Airplane Mode on for 60 seconds, then switch it off.
  • Check that your SIM card is inserted correctly.
  • Ensure your handset software is fully up to date.
  • Confirm that Mobile Network services are enabled.
  • Set the network mode to 4G/LTE Preferred:
    • Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > 4G/LTE Preferred
    • iPhone: Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data > 4G or 5G Auto
  • Manually reconnect to the network:
    • Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Operators
    • Turn off Automatic Selection
    • Select Three UK
    • Re-enable Automatic Selection
  • Reset your network settings if the issue persists.
