Question

Cant sign up on ID mobile account. Not getting set code to my number

I need help. I signed up to ID Mobile from the Mobile.co.uk website. I opted for an Esim and its be deliveried. But when i try and sign up  for an account on ID mobile website. I put in my number and it says its going to send a code to my phone...but the code never arrives. so how do i sign up if i cant get the code.

Also i want to port my number over to ID Mobile i ihave a PAC code.. 

can anyone help..

OOk i managed to sort it out. I found a way to talk to someone on live chat that help me port my number
