Cant transfer in to ID

So I have had ID mobile for a while and when I first joined I ported a number on to this sim. 

I no longer need this number so wanted to port in another number to this account but it won't let me do this online. 

Spoke to chat twice now and provided the PAC and given two ports dates and nothing has happened. 

What can I do go get this actually moved over?
