changing id mobile telephone number

Hello all,

when i try to log in, it asks for an id mobile telephone number. The problem is that the id mobile number they have given me in an email they sent is not my mobile number and when i gave this number they send a text for verification which I obviously cannot read. How can I change this mobile number for my actual mobile phone number.
