I have just activated my new ID mobile e-sim and have switched off and removed the previous O2 sim card following all the instructions from ID Mobile on line, . However the number I insert in “My Number” won’t save and reverts to the number applied in the activation process. Is it too late now to change that number to one I was using with my previous O2 provider?
