Hey there @Madkay, resetting network settings doesn’t reset the device, it just resets your saved network settings, which can easily be re-added. It doesn’t delete or remove anything else.

Please try resetting your network settings and following the steps 1-6, as this may help push it through.

    Thanks,

    Tyler

Hey there @Madkay, I’m not sure you’d be able to update your number in Wi-Fi calling, as it should pick up your regular number. When you go into normal phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

    Thanks,

    Tyler

Hey there @Madkay, please try the following:

    1) Turn off iMessage (Settings > Apps >  Messages)
    2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)
    3) Tap Settings > Apps > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct.
    4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number
    5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)
    6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under "Start new conversations from:"

If you are having issues with step 4 please reset network settings and try again. Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

    Thanks,

    Tyler

Sorry to hear that @Madkay. Did you try resetting network settings, and if so, has it fixed it, or still doing the same please?

    Thanks,

    Tyler
