Hi, you sent an email asking that I change my pin. I followed the instructions to do so but receive no SMS (9 digit number). So cannot change my pin. 

My old mobile number ports over to iD today hence I tried to change my pin

As your number is in the middle of transferring over to us, this could be the reason why you’re not receiving the OTP.

 

We would recommend trying after your number has been ported across to us.
