Daughters phone number hasn’t switched

I was given a date of 10th of November for my daughter’s phone number to change after submitting a PAC code and starting a new contract with ID Mobile. This has still not changed? Can you give me advice?

I completely understand how inconvenient this must be. Normally, when a PAC code is submitted, the transfer should complete on the agreed date (10th November in your case). If it hasn’t happened, it could mean the port is still pending or there was an issue during processing.
Here’s what you can do:

Log in to your iD Mobile account via the website or app and check the status of the port request.
Make sure the PAC code and details were entered correctly.
Restart your phone and ensure the iD Mobile SIM is active.
