De-Activating Voicemail

Hi, I want to completely de-activate my voicemail (personal phone used for work and don’t want to have people able to leave messages). I have turned off voicemail on my iPhone, but still get messages, I haven’t activated the voicemail which it keeps asking me to as I don’t want it, yet people still seem to be able to leave message.

I can’t actually find a way to get hold of ID (and speak to a human) to help me sort this out)

Have you turned off the voicemail service using the following steps?

-To turn off voicemail, simply log in to your iD app or log in to my account area and select 'services', then toggle voicemail 'off'.

iPhones also have their own built in Voicemail called “Live Voicemail”. You need to disable this too!

Thank you so much, no idea why finding that had to be so hard! Hopefully that will now work (it’s off on my phone and now off on ID so hopefully all is good)

Hi there @SS45, have you turned off voicemail via the iD Mobile app/website?

    Thanks,
