How do I deregister my account online trying to make 2 phone numbers work on the app havings problem with 2 numbers on app

If you’re trying to remove a number from your online account (deregister it), you can do this by logging into the iD Mobile app or online account and managing your linked numbers. However, please note that an account itself cannot usually be fully “deregistered” while it is still active   instead, individual numbers can be removed or managed within the account settings.

With regards to having two numbers on the app, you should be able to switch between them, but only one number can be actively viewed at a time. If you’re having issues getting both to work, it may help to:
• Log out and back into the app
• Remove the app and reinstall it
• Ensure both numbers are fully registered under the same login email

Thanks but I don't  understand a lot of that ..but Deleted the app several times and deleted Each number put it back.

Yes I understand that I should be able to look at each number individually one at a time.

BUT this is  where it goes wrong.

I look at main number..…

Then go down to next number IT WON'T HAVE THE GREEN DOT in it active.... Touch it and its  ...dead 

Only way to view it is to delete first one the the one that's left is active  then?

I know it's crazy giving up trying now I'm just annoying everyone sorry 

I worry Idmobile must wonder what on earth I'm doing with the account   so I stop now I think

How do I check BOTH numbers are registered binder the same e mail please as idmobile didn't recognise bt mail when I signed up then managed to change it back eventually
