My switch was scheduled for 13/10/25, it hasn’t happened
I know that there can be delays but today is the last day in the billing cycle with my current provider, and was expecting the switch to iD of my existing number to have happened and my current provider account closed. I am now running 2 mobiles!
The iD account and DD have been fully set up. iD SIM inserted into new phone but my existing phone number has not been switched - frustrated
I have got nowhere trying to contact iD Customer Services, the Chatbot tells me I am being transferred to an agent but nothing happens.
Help appreciated
