deleting price cap

I want to know how to delete the £50 price cap on my plan. I'm paying monthly for my son's phone and I don't want to pay extra. I want to delete the extra price cap and set it to zero. I've tried finding this information and I've tried contacting Customer Services but it's been impossible.

To set your iD Mobile bill cap to £0.00, log in to the iD Mobile App or your My Account Online portal. Navigate to the "Bills" section, select "Manage bill cap," drag the slider or type £0.00 into the field, and tap "Save" to instantly prevent any out-of-plan charges. Keep in mind that setting your cap to £0.00 will block all usage not included in your monthly allowance, such as international calls, picture messages (MMS), and exceeding your data limit.
