Didn't receive email to reddem Apple Music

Hi,

I joined ID about a month ago but to date I have not received an email stating that could redeem the 3 months Apple services offer. Please assist.

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry you haven’t received your email to redeem the 3 months of free Apple services yet,  I know that can be frustrating.
    The email with your redemption link is usually sent around 12 days after your purchase. Please double-check your junk or spam folder, just in case it landed there by mistake.
    You can also visit any Currys or Carphone Warehouse store for in-person support, as they’re part of the same group as iD Mobile.
