Disappointed - 2 new phones and cant dial out on them - live chat not working to assist!

live chat not working…..I have just purchased 2 new phones and pay monthly contracts...the SIMS have been activated and I still dont have any mobile signal. Currently I now dont have any phone as my old phone contract has been finished due to the PAC switch.

HELP !!!!!
