disappointing service

Really disappointing service paid my contract I’m in the middle of moving house and I don’t have a phone and then waiting for Support for four days with no solution info. Has anyone else had this kind of bad experience with ID Mobile?

    Best thing to do is open the live chat via Web browser  or IDMobile app. In the message box type in "To speak to someone"

    An agent will get back to you when available. 

    Yes I've personally experienced a low standard of service, but I managed to get my issues resolved after a while. 

    Besring in mind IDMobile don't not support a phone line call service for problems everything as to be done via Live Chat or emails
