E sim issues

I purchased an e sim yesterday and have received emails including the contract, notification of direct debit and an email saying my order has been dispatched etc but no QR or email with a phone number or e sim. Interestingly in between those I have received a couple of emails stating that the contract was still in my basket. When could I expect to receive the eSIM and is there any one I can actually contact as I can’t access the live chat due to not having an ID phone number yet?

Thank you for getting in touch, and I completely understand your frustration — it can be confusing to receive multiple emails without receiving the actual eSIM.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like your order has been processed, but the eSIM delivery may have been delayed or not sent correctly. Normally, the eSIM QR code and phone number should be sent via email shortly after the order is completed.
