I purchased an e sim yesterday and have received emails including the contract, notification of direct debit and an email saying my order has been dispatched etc but no QR or email with a phone number or e sim. Interestingly in between those I have received a couple of emails stating that the contract was still in my basket. When could I expect to receive the eSIM and is there any one I can actually contact as I can’t access the live chat due to not having an ID phone number yet?
