I schedule cancellation for 3 November 2026 now, can I still request a PAC before that date if the user decides to keep the number?"

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. 

     

    Kindly not that if your cancellation is scheduled for 3 November 2026, you can still request a PAC at any time before that date if you decide you'd like to keep and transfer your number to another network.

    Once you obtain and use the PAC with your new provider, your iD Mobile account will close automatically when the number is successfully transferred, and the scheduled cancellation will no longer be required.
