Error message when trying to inout PAC

Like quite a few people, I've been trying to submit my PAC code. All the information is correct but it comes up with an error message. If I can't do it soon I will cancel my account

    ​@Hjfallan   Like yourself I've seen many post on this matter I've escalated this matter to staff members. While it's not ideal for you hopefully we can resolve this matter quickly now I've escalated this problem with porting of the phone number's.

    All I can do is apologise on behalf of IDMobile and sorry for you inconvenience.
