Like quite a few people, I've been trying to submit my PAC code. All the information is correct but it comes up with an error message. If I can't do it soon I will cancel my account

While it's not ideal for you hopefully we can resolve this matter quickly now I've escalated this problem with porting of the phone number's.All I can do is apologise on behalf of IDMobile and sorry for you inconvenience.Joe 🙂
