error message when trying to transfer old number

Good morning. I have been trying for 2 days now to transfer my old number to my new ID mobile. I have filled out the online form when selecting switch to ID. All mobile numbers, PAC codes are correct. When trying to proceed, it always states that something has gone wrong. Been trying to contact ID via live chat, but keep being timed out.
