I’m using lebara network and I wanted to switch to id. 
I wanted to keep the same number so I submitted PaCK 

and then as I ordered I received an e-sim through email but when I download the eSIM it’s not getting registered as it is saying that contact  network provider. 
also I received another email staying that my pack details in that I saw they gave me new number 

I requested you to plz give me my old number and if possible can I get physical sim
