eSim didn't activate as wasn't connected to wifi.

I purchased an eSim today and it didn’t activate as I was in a poor signal area. Somehow the porting happened in less than a day on a Sunday and now I am without network. I would like to redo the eSim but it has been used so can’t be used again.

Number ports don’t happen on weekends or bank holidays, so whatever’s going on with your number or SIM isn’t related to your porting process.

As for the eSIM, you’ll need to order another one, but that won’t be until tomorrow. You can request one by speaking with a live chat agent.

It is a shame that ID mobile were as unhelpful as any company I have ever had to deal with. In the end I had to go to Curry’s and get an actual SIM card.
