I purchased a id mobile contract and phone with mobiles.co.uk 5 days ago. The phone arrived the next day but I haven't received an email with QR code for the eSIM. ID customer services and complaints team directed me to mobiles.co.uk, mobiles.co.uk directed me to id mobile. Neither have helped.
I cannot access my account as it sends a welcome text to the new number which is not set up so I have no access to.
How do I remedy or do I just cancel the contract and send back within my 14 day cooling off period?
I look forward to any direction that may help me sort this.
