forgot to add pac at check out

Hello I forgot to add my pac at check out and cannot add it anywhere can I have help with this please.

There’s no need to worry with iD Mobile, you can only submit your PAC code once you have received and activated your new SIM card. This is why there was no option to enter it during checkout.

 

📱 Once your SIM arrives, here’s how to switch your number in the app:

  1. Insert and activate your new iD Mobile SIM
  2. Open the iD Mobile app and log in
  3. Go to the Plan section
  4. Select Switch to iD
  5. Enter your PAC code from your previous network
  6. Choose your preferred transfer date
  7. Submit the request

📌 Important information

  • Your PAC code is usually valid for 30 days
  • Your old number will transfer across once the switch completes
  • During the transfer, you may temporarily lose service for a short period this is normal

If your PAC expires before you’re able to use it, you can simply request a new one from your previous provider.
