free item when purchased a new phone

Ordered a new phone, when I were choosing it it said it comes with galaxy watch but I have only received the phone. How do I get it? Thanks

Thanks for letting me know. If your upgrade included a free Samsung Galaxy Watch offer, you'll need to submit a claim through Samsung's promotions portal rather than receiving the watch automatically.
