Well this hasnt been a good start  to iD!

Ordered my phone on the 21st and my phone still is not working. My phone did not come with SIM, went to Currys last week gave the person my details and my plan but the SIM does not work! It is not activated, you cant get hold of anyone from this lot, customer shuts at 6pm but I am doing 12 hour shifts!

This just is impossible ! I have been charged twice but not used the phone once but still paying for my Tesco contract to maintain contact! I have a special number I need to PAC but havent got that far yet
