giving PAC number to ID to keep same number

How am I meant to send my PAC by the app to keep my number....if the app won't sign me without a number ? Saying my number is not registered ,which it is not yet but I have to create a account to transfer my number !!!

    OK I have worked it out to use the number given with the sim before switching .would be helpful to add this on the steps.thanks
