Has anyone received their refer a friend reward or is it a scam ?

I'm interested to know whether anyone has actually received their reward for refer-a-friend scheme- or scam (trying to establish which is the correct term for this???)

I've been trying to get my reward since January. The person who is supposed to sort it out (Aklambio ) has required all sorts of information about the successful referral that normally I would not expect to have to provide… the person says it's because they don't have access to ID Mobile database because they are third party… okay fair enough… but… I've provided all the obscure references and other details about the referral contract and now…CHIRPS (utter silence except bird's twittering in the trees...)

So, before I write this referral reward claim off as a scam, I just like anyone who has received their reward to let me know how long ago this was and how they did it ?

I’ve been waiting for months for a referral reward of £5 ea, thinking it would be knocked of my bill at some point.

Finally checked after jumping through so may hoops to get to see the reward that they’ve given my £2.45???

Very odd scheme. When questioned through chat they told me they couldn’t check because it was over 3 months when you gave to wait upto 120 days (4 months) to get anything.

In some cases, orders may not be tracked correctly if they are not placed using the Refer a Friend link provided, or depending on the plan selected.

What do we need to do to get the referral for introducing a friend. Thought you just paid it into my account after a period of time but 5 months is enough to wait.

Seen other people asking & getting nowhere

It took 8 months for them to give me the £5 reward and then it was split into two payments 🤷‍♀️

Too much faff for the sake of £5, thought it would be just knocked off my monthly bill or refunded into my bank but no you have to tell them where you want it paying 🙄

it comes from Aklamio not ID Mobile.
