Havent received start up text

I’ve transferred my number over, which should be happening today.

I have set up the app but it keeps trying to send me texts, which I’m not getting. 
 

I am also unable to set up my eSIM using the qr code manual info (no confirmation code) and the phone says there’s an error and to contact my provider.

I have restarted my phone multiple times.

 

please can you advise?
