hello have beenwith nearly a konth and still havent recived my esim card

Ihave been woth you now nearly a month amd still dont havey esim card  and i tryed to switch and now i kept my pld number and it switched my phone is just saying emergency calls only

    Can you check these steps please? 

     

    iPhone

    1. Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data)
    1. Tap your eSIM plan
    1. Make sure:

    Turn On This Line is enabled

    Cellular Data is set to this eSIM (if you’re using it for data)

    Android

    1. Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs
    1. Select your eSIM
    1. Ensure:

    Use SIM is ON

    Mobile data is enabled.
