I want to register to the mobile id app but it says my details are invalid

    Hi there ​@Mirian, have you switched your number over to us?

     

    Also, it could be that the date of birth was inputted incorrectly at checkout, which I’ve seen happen many times, which may be why our system is saying your details aren’t correct.

     

    Are you still having issues now, and have you tried via both our app and website?
