help switching to idmobile

Trying to switch to id from previous provider. Got help from idmobile  chat service to purchase a sim only deal. I wasn’t asked for pac during the process. They promised if I go ahead and place order they will then help with the pac. So I placed order (physical sim). Then the chat just disappeared!

so what do I do now?
 

I had my pac ready and intended to choose a switch date if 6 April which is when my existing contract
