Help with leaving previous provider

My wife joined ID yesterday on a pay monthly plan. She is currently with sky mobile and her contract with them ended a few months ago so she is now on sim only. I believe that she is still required to give notice to end this and it would appear that if she wants to keep her current number she needs to request a PAC code. I am not tech savvy so when I joined ID I just opted for a new number. 

Can someone explain what she needs to do with the PAC code please?

Just to help make sure we point you in the right direction, could you confirm whether your wife’s iD Mobile account is registered in her name and email address, or is it under your account details?

 

If it’s in her name, she’ll need to contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can guide her through the PAC transfer process and make sure everything is set up correctly.
