Help with Switch to ID

Hello

I signed up to ID couple of months ago but only just getting started now. I have tried to get my old number to ID and I have the PAC code etc When I go in to Plans and select switch and put in all the details for switch to ID it comes up with error. Did say my PAC was over 30 days old but I only requested it today. Any help please so I can keep my old number. Thanks 🙏🏽
